Users Overview
Available to: Admin, Super Admin
The Users module manages all user accounts on the platform — from registration and identity verification to role assignments, wallets, and preferences.

User Statuses
| Status | Color | Description |
|---|---|---|
| Active | Green | Account is fully operational |
| Inactive | Gray | Account exists but is not active |
| Blocked | Red | Account has been blocked by admin |
| Suspended | Yellow | Account is temporarily suspended (with date range) |
Personal Account
Every logged-in user can access their own account at /personal/account. This provides the same sections as the admin user view, plus additional personal-only features:
- Settings — App, WhatsApp, and SMS notification toggles; page limit preferences
- Policies — Terms of service, privacy policy, and other agreements
- Referrals — View referred users and referral rewards
