Available to: Admin, Super Admin, Accountant

Manage bank deposits, payment followups, and withdrawal/payout requests.

Bank Deposits

Navigate to Payments → Bank Deposits (/payments/bank-deposits).

Track physical cash deposits made to bank accounts.

Navigate to /payments/bank-deposits/edit/new.

Click a deposit to open the detail view with three tabs:

Transactions	`/transactions`	Individual transactions linked to this deposit
Denomination	`/denomination`	Cash denomination breakdown

Navigate to Payments → Followups (/payments/payment-followups).

Track and follow up on pending payment collections across three tabs:

Future	`/payments/payment-followups/future`	Upcoming scheduled followups
Past	`/payments/payment-followups/past`	Completed past followups

View comment and action history at /payments/payment-followups/histories.

Navigate to Payments → Payout Requests (/payments/withdraw-requests).

Manage wallet withdrawal requests from users and companies. This is the admin side of the wallet withdrawal flow.

Status	Description
Requested	Awaiting admin approval
Processing	Approved, bank transfer in progress
Declined	Admin rejected with reason
Canceled	Request was canceled
Failed	Transfer failed — can be retried

Action	Description
Accept	Approve → Status: "Processing"
Decline	Reject with reason (min 3 characters) → Status: "Declined"
Cancel	Cancel → Status: "Canceled"
Retry	Retry failed transfer → Status: "Processing"

Select multiple requests and apply the same action to all at once.
