Available to: Admin, Super Admin
Manage machinery tools and accessories — tracking purchases, assignments, and lifecycle.
Tool List
Navigate to Machinery → Tools (/machinery/tools).
List Columns

| Tool ID | Unique tool identifier |
| Name | Tool name |
| Brand | Tool brand |
| Price | Purchase price |
| Purchased At | Purchase date |
| Assigned At | Assignment date |
| Obsoleted At | Date the tool was marked obsolete |
| Status | Active, Inactive, or Obsolete |
| Gallery | View photos (if permitted) |
Filtering
| Filter | Description |

| Date Ranges | Filter by purchase, assignment, or obsolete dates |
Creating / Editing Tools
Use the create/edit modal to manage tools:
- Enter tool name, brand, price, and dates
- Upload photos to the tool gallery
- Set the tool status
Tool Statuses
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Active | Tool is in use |
| Inactive | Tool is not currently in use |
| Obsolete | Tool is retired and no longer usable |
