Available to: Admin, Super Admin, Machinery Owner, Machinery Operator

Manage machinery operators — profiles, assignments, wages, invitations, and work requests.

Two Views

The Operators section has two views depending on your role:

View	Path	Who uses it
Operator (personal)	/machinery/operators/operator	Operators viewing their own profile
Operators (admin)	/machinery/operators/operators	Admins managing all operators

Operator List (Admin View)

Navigate to Machinery → Operators → Operators (/machinery/operators/operators).

List Columns

Driver Name	Operator's name
Employer Type	User or Company
Employer Name	Name of the employer
Wage Type	Hourly, Daily, Monthly, or Piece Rate
Amount	Wage amount
Status	Employment status
From / To	Employment date range

Filtering

Wage Form

Skills

Configure what the operator is qualified to operate:

• Machinery types — Types of machinery the operator can handle
• Implement types — Types of implements the operator can work with

Invitations

View and manage pending invitations for the operator to join employers.

Works

Active work assignments for the operator:

Employment Type	Description
Exclusive	Full-time assignment to a single employer
Acting	Temporary assignment to a single employer
Shared	Assignment shared across multiple employers

Request for Work

Self-initiated work requests by operators looking for assignments.

Assign Machinery

Navigate to Machinery → Operators → Assign Machinery (/machinery/operators/assign-machinery).

Assign specific machinery units to operators. This links an operator to one or more machinery for operations.

Operator Settings

Navigate to Machinery → Operators → Settings (/machinery/operators/settings).

Configure global operator settings as name-value pairs.

Release & Recall

Manage operator release and recall requests at /machinery/operators/operators/release/$releaseRecallRequestId.

• Release — Remove an operator from their current assignment
• Recall — Request an operator back from a shared/acting assignment
