Farming Machinery
Available to: Admin, Super Admin, Machinery Owner
Manage farming equipment including tractors and harvesters — registration, operator assignment, documents, and availability.
Dashboard
Navigate to Machinery → Farming → Dashboard (/machinery/farming/dashboard) for an overview of farming machinery activity.
Machinery List
Tractors
Navigate to Machinery → Farming → Tractors (/machinery/farming/tractors).
Harvesters
Navigate to Machinery → Farming → Harvesters (/machinery/farming/harvesters).
Both lists share the same layout and features.
List Columns

Adding Machinery
- Navigate to the machinery list and click Add
- Select "Adding For" — Choose who the machinery is being registered for
- Enter general information:

- Select owner — Search and assign a user or company as the owner
- On creation, the machinery account page opens for further configuration

Click any machinery in the list to open its account page (/machinery/farming/tractors/$machineryId/account).

General Information

Address
Manage the machinery's registered address. Supports multiple addresses with full location hierarchy (country, state, district, taluk, city, village, pincode).
Availability
Toggle the machinery's working status between Available, Unavailable, or Under Maintenance directly from the account page.
Gallery
Upload and manage photos of the machinery.
Owner Card
Displays the current owner with details:
- Owner type (User or Company)
- Owner name and contact
- Manager assignment option
Operator Card
Manage operator assignments:
- View the currently assigned operator
- See available operators
- Wage information for the assigned operator
Manager Card
View and manage assigned managers for the machinery.
Implements Card
View implements attached to this machinery. Link or unlink implements as needed.
Agreements
View and manage machinery agreements:
- Agreement number, type, and status
- Effective from/to dates
- Termination details (if applicable)
Settings
Configure maintenance settings and settlement duration for the machinery.
