Drones

Available to: Admin, Super Admin, Machinery Owner

Manage the drone fleet — registration, operator assignment, and operations tracking.

Dashboard​

Navigate to Machinery → Drones → Dashboard (/machinery/drones/dashboard) for a drone fleet overview.

Drone List​

Navigate to Machinery → Drones → Overview (/machinery/drones).

List Columns​

Brand / ModelDrone brand and model
OwnerOwner name (user or company)
Working StatusToggle switch — Available / Unavailable
AddressRegistered address
OperatorCurrently assigned operator name

Filtering​

Same filters as other machinery types — Brand, Owner, Status, Maintained By, Working Status.

Adding Drones​

  1. Navigate to the drone list and click Add
  2. Select "Adding For" — Choose who the drone is being registered for
  3. Enter drone details — Registration number, brand, model, owner
  4. Select owner — Assign a user or company
  5. Drone account page opens for further configuration

Drone Account​

The account page follows the same structure as Farming Machinery:

  • Profile — General info, identity documents, address, availability, gallery
  • Owner Card — Owner details and manager assignment
  • Operator Card — Current and available operators, wage info
  • Manager Card — Assigned managers
  • Agreements — Agreement management
  • Settings — Configuration
