Navigation & Workspaces

The OX Agry platform is organized into five workspaces, each focused on a specific area of operations. The sidebar and top bar help you navigate between workspaces and pin frequently used pages.

Workspaces

You only see workspaces you have access to. If a workspace doesn't appear, your role doesn't have permissions for any menu item in that workspace.

Workspace Switcher

The workspace switcher is located in the top bar and shows your current workspace name and icon.

• Click it to see all available workspaces
• The current workspace is marked with a checkmark
• Click any workspace to switch — you'll be taken to that workspace's landing page
• Your last-used workspace is remembered, so the next time you log in, you'll land where you left off

Default Workspace on Login

When you log in for the first time, the platform selects a default workspace based on your role:

Sidebar

The sidebar is the main navigation panel on the left side of the screen. It shows the menu items for your current workspace.

Sidebar Features

• Collapse/expand — Click the toggle or press Ctrl+B (Mac: Cmd+B) to collapse the sidebar to icon-only mode
• Nested menus — Some items have sub-items (up to 3 levels deep). Click to expand
• Active highlighting — The current page is highlighted in the sidebar
• Mobile — On mobile devices, the sidebar opens as a slide-out panel and auto-closes when you navigate

Favourites

Pin frequently used pages to a Favourites section at the top of the sidebar for quick access.

How to Pin

1. Hover over any menu item in the sidebar
2. A pin icon appears on the right
3. Click the pin icon to add the item to your Favourites
4. Pinned items appear at the top of the sidebar under the Favourites section

How to Unpin

1. Hover over a pinned item in the Favourites section (or the original menu item)
2. Click the filled pin icon to remove it

Favourites are saved to your account and persist across sessions and devices.
