Fuel Settings
Available to: Admin, Super Admin
Fuel Settings provide centralized configuration for oil companies and global fuel rate cards.
Navigate to Fuels → Settings (/fuels/settings), which has two tabs:
Oil Companies
Manage the list of oil companies that fuel bunks are associated with (e.g., IOCL, BPCL, HPCL).
Oil Company List
View all registered oil companies in a table or card layout at /fuels/settings/oil-company.
Creating an Oil Company

Editing & Deleting
- Click any oil company to edit its details
- Use the delete option to remove an oil company (only if no bunks are associated)
Global Rate Cards
Manage platform-wide fuel rate cards at /fuels/settings/rate-card.
Global rate cards set the baseline fuel rates across the platform. Individual bunks can have their own rate cards that may differ from the global rates.
Current Rates
View the currently active rates for Petrol and Diesel. To update:
- Click Edit on the current rate
- Select Fuel Type
- Enter the new Rate
- Save — takes effect immediately
Upcoming Rates
Schedule future rate changes:
- Click Add Upcoming Rate
- Select Fuel Type
- Enter the new Rate
- Select the Effective Date
- Save — the rate will auto-activate on the scheduled date
Rate History
Browse all historical rate changes with their effective dates. Useful for:
- Auditing rate changes over time
- Comparing bunk-level rates against global rates
- Tracking fuel price trends
