Booking Settings

Available to: Admin, Super Admin

Configure booking-related settings — general parameters, rate cards, and complaint types.

Navigate to Bookings → Settings (/booking/settings).

General Settings

Configure global booking parameters:

These settings apply to all bookings across the platform.

Rate Card Management

General Machinery Rate Cards

Create and manage standard rate cards for machinery work. See Rate Cards for detailed field descriptions.

Transport Rate Cards

Create and manage rate cards for transport and trailer-related work.

Seasonal Rate Cards

Configure time-bound rate variations:

  1. Select a base rate card to inherit from
  2. Set the season start date and end date
  3. Override specific rate values for the season
  4. Set status: Pending, Active, or Inactive

Seasonal rate cards are available for both general and transport types.

Complaint Settings

Complaint Types

Configure the types of complaints that can be raised against bookings:

Admins can add, edit, or remove complaint types as needed.
